Located in the heart of Stratford, Pudding Mill Lane continues to undergo significant regeneration, supporting major residential, commercial and infrastructure developments within one of East London's fastest-growing areas. As part of ongoing site investigations, TKS Civils was appointed by our client to undertake a specialist confined space drainage survey.

Working alongside our confined space safety team, operatives entered a large-diameter combined sewer to carry out a detailed walk-through CCTV inspection of the drainage asset. Using specialist survey equipment, the team assessed the condition of the sewer, recording observations including infiltration, minor structural defects and service-related features to provide the client with a comprehensive understanding of the asset's condition.

The completed survey was supported by detailed photographic evidence and a comprehensive WinCan report, providing accurate condition data to assist with future maintenance planning and project decision-making.

By combining experienced confined space operatives with specialist survey equipment and digital reporting, TKS Civils safely delivered a detailed drainage assessment within a challenging underground environment.
